BMW introduced the new-third-generation X6 in India for Rs 95 lakh. The SUV-coupe comes with a single-gearbox combination and at two basic levels to choose from. Both prices, xLine and M Sport, for the new X6 are Rs 95 lakh (ex-showroom, pan-India).
Powering the new X6 3.0-liter, six cylinder turbo petrol engine inexperienced out 340hp and 450Nm of torque. The power is sent to all four wheels with 8-automatic gearbox and BMW’s xDrive four-wheel drive system.
How big is the new X6?
The new X6 measures 4,935mm in height, making it 26mm longer than the previous X6; also 15mm wide, at 2,004mm. The wheelbase is set at 2,975mm while the height of the new SUV-coupe is 1,696mm. The Boot capacity is 580 liters (65 liters less than the X5), rising by 1,530 liters with 40/20 20 fold rear seats folded.
The new BMW X6 is offer in two theme levels – the xLine and the M Sport – which is only distinguish by cosmetic changes. First comes black front and rear fender. Many sports while the gloss back Bits takes the place of chrome, and some tweaks of the M Sport.
Both trims, the xLine and M Sport, are load with machines. Such as Laser LED lights with LED DRLs, a 12.3-inch touchscreen and BMW’s new iDrive system, a digital digital tool for 12.3-inch, metal-clad tool, ambient lighting, headlights, tire pressure monitoring system and numerous driving modes.
The standard safety kit includes 8 airbags, ABS with EBD, track control, power steering control and front and rear parking sensors.
